What should I expect?

You can see how many transactions you have processed with Fat Zebra right in your dashboard, which includes a running total so there are no surprises when you receive your invoice.

When you activate your account the date of activation becomes your billing anniversary. This means that your invoice will be issued on this date each month and your card will be charged 14 days later.

How will I be billed?


Fat zebra will issue you with a monthly invoice showing your total transactions, excess transaction costs and monthly fee (based on plan). Your bill will then be debited from your nominated credit card 14 days after your bill is issued.

What do I do if my bill is incorrect?


Simply contact us at accounts@fatzebra.com.au or call 1800 32 98 32 and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Do I get charged for a refund?


Yes. A refund is seen as a transaction and will add to your monthly transactions.
